New Generation Apple TV Debuts at $99

This fresh new gadget from Apple offers the easiest way to watch your favorite HD movies and TV shows on your HD TV for a ground breaking price of just $99. With Apple TV, users can decide what to watch from one of the largest online collection of HD movies and HD TV show episodes for “rent”.
This includes first run movies for just $4.99 and shows ABC, ABC Family, Fox, Disney Channel and BBC America for just 99 cents. The commercial free, HD TV episodes on iTunes are available up to 30 days prior to start watching and then up to 48 hours to finish.

Users can also rent over 7,000 movies title, 3,400 of which are available in HD, with most new releases available simultaneously the day they are released on DVD. Apple TV can also stream online content from Netflix, YouTube, Flickr and MobileMe, on top of streaming music, photos and videos from PCs and Macs to HD TV.
